All American Eagle meat grinder plates are manufactured from food grade stainless steel, and feature a raised hub for extra durability and stability for the auger pin, and allows for easy removal of the plate after grinding. This grinder plate is compatible with AE-G22N series meat grinders with 1.5HP motor, it is not compatible with AE-G22SS or models manufactured prior to 2003.
